Amy Cowan

There’s a special twinkle in the eyes of this woman that’s both ‘smarts’ and fun. Amy capably engages and challenges others as a smooth facilitator and thinking partner. With the mind of an engineer, and the gentle authority of your favourite principal, when I met her as a colleague at Bell Canada, she was a driving force of change and innovation at the organization. Ontario-born and McGill-educated, she now resides in Boston, Massachusetts. A mum, an educator, and an accomplished real estate agent, Amy is multi-talented and will always surprise you (pleasantly, of course) with what she has to say.  Kind, thoughtful and charming, it’s hard not to like Amy. I will always be thankful to her for all the work chats we had as they were a pleasant mix of talking business strategy and organizational culture, dotted with a bit of ‘quality’ celebrity gossip.
